How To Cook

Best cooking methods – fry pan

Remove from packaging, cover and bring to room temperature. 

Heat 2 Tbsp oil in a large fry pan to medium-high heat.

Season the venison with salt and pepper.

Add venison to fry pan and cook until the meat is browned.
