Our animals are raised to the highest animal welfare standards. In line with the New Zealand Farm Assurance Programme, they are treated with utmost care and respect at every step. 

Cattle and deer are individually tagged on-farm under the National Animal Identification Tracing system and tracked using radio-frequency identification (RFID) technology.

Rigorous Production Process

Our production processes are rigorously tested and audited to ensure we meet the highest standards set here in New Zealand by the Ministry for Primary Industries and internationally such as The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and Brand Reputation through Compliance Global Standards (BRCGS).

Each product is packaged with care, labelled with its point of origin, and assigned a unique lot number.

We partner with carefully selected distributors to maintain the quality of our products every step of the way to ensure they reach you in pristine condition.

All our products have Oritain authentication to ensure supply chain integrity and certified New Zealand origin.
