Break venison into pieces, combine with the teriyaki sauce, and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until venison is fully ground and cooked through. Transfer to a heatproof bowl.
While venison is cooking, prepare the toppings. Wash and dry lettuce and cilantro, slice the cucumber, shave the carrot into thin strips, and chop peanuts.
