Remove the Silver Fern Farms Beef Rib Eye Steaks from the fridge and packaging and allow to bloom at room temperature for 10 mins.
Coat the Beef Rib Eye Steaks with 2 Tbsp black bean garlic sauce and set aside.
Bring a frying pan to medium-high heat, add oil and ginger, cook until golden brown.
Add Beef Rib Eye Steaks and sear on each side for 3-4 mins for medium-rare, or until cooked to your liking. Remove from the pan, cover loosely and leave to rest for 5 mins.
Meanwhile, add gai lan to the pan, with the remaining 2 Tbsp of black bean garlic sauce. Stir fry for 2-3 mins.
Slice the Beef Rib Eye Steaks against the grain and serve with the gai lan, a drizzle of sesame oil and a sprinkling of black sesame seeds and spring onion.
