Beef Tacos with Pico de Gallo

Pico de Gallo:
To serve:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, stirring, for 5 to 7 minutes or until browned.
Add the cumin, chilli powder, oregano, garlic powder and salt. Cook, stirring for 30 seconds. Stir in the tomato paste and water. Bring to the boil then simmer for 4 to 5 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
Meanwhile, prepare the Pico de Gallo. Combine the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice, garlic and jalapeno. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve the sauce warm over tortillas with avocado, cilantro and spicy sunflower seeds. Serve with lime wedges.
