Ms Xin is a member of CPA Australia and a Certified Public Accountant (China), and a finance executive with over 30 years of experience in corporate finance, auditing, and governance. She holds an MBA degree from Auckland and has lived in New Zealand for more than 20 years.

Ms Xin is an independent Non-Executive Director of several Hong Kong-listed companies and has extensive experience chairing Audit and Remuneration Committees.

Prior to her non-executive career, she held senior roles including Vice President, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer across property development, food and beverage, and state-owned sectors in China, including a Guangdong state-owned group supplying water and livestock and fresh food products to Hong Kong, as well as a Heineken joint venture brewery, where she served as CFO.
