Nic leads Silver Fern Farms’ Growth function, responsible for leading Market Insight, Brand Marketing, Innovation and Digital Customer Experience teams.

Nic joined Silver Fern Farms as Group Communications Manager in 2011, before moving into the Marketing team. Prior to Silver Fern Farms, Nic held a number of executive and senior leadership roles in multinational and New Zealand-based FMCG businesses such as Fonterra Brands, Cottonsoft, Mainland Products and L’Oréal.

With more than 25 years of experience in strategic marketing and brand management, Nic is passionate about powering the Silver Fern Farms brand to success on the world stage by designing insight-led growth strategies and generating future business value through authentic storytelling, leading innovation and delivering memorable customer experience.

Nic has a Master’s in International Management from HEC Paris and Honours degrees in French and Marketing Management from Otago University.
