Remove Silver Fern Farms Honest Beef Burgers with Horopito Pepper from the fridge and packaging and allow to bloom at room temperature for 10 mins.
Bring BBQ to a med-high heat.
Brush burgers with olive oil then cook for 3-4 mins on one side. Flip, pierce the surface, and cook for 3-4 mins or until cooked through. Transfer to a plate, cover loosely with foil and rest for 5 mins.
Add butter, mushrooms and bacon to a skillet or pot, cook for 5 mins on a medium heat. Add cream, corn flour, whisky, salt and pepper. Stir every min until sauce starts to become thick then remove from heat.
To serve, grill brioche buns for 1 min. Add lettuce, tomato, burger, cheese and sauce.
