Salsa Verde Mayonnaise:

To make the salsa verde mayonnaise, blend spinach, dill, tarragon, parsley, garlic and lemon juice. Mix in mayonnaise and add to shredded cabbage.
Remove Silver Fern Farms Honest Beef Burgers with Horopito Pepper from the fridge and packaging and allow to bloom at room temperature for 10 mins.
Bring fry pan to med-high heat, cook burgers for 3-4 mins each side, piercing after flipping.
To assemble, layer burger buns with sliced avocados, green tomatoes, beef burgers and green slaw. Top with the remaining half of the burger bun.
