Remove the Silver Fern Farms Honest Beef Burgers with Smoky Caramelised Onion from the fridge and packaging and allow to bloom at room temperature for 10 mins.
Meanwhile, combine the red cabbage, sauerkraut, carrot, and pear with the lemon juice and Japanese mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside.
