Heat the oven to 190°C. Lightly grease a large baking dish with olive oil.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until just tender. Drain and set aside.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the passata and cream. Stir in the Parmesan, garlic, oregano and thyme. Heat until the mixture is warm, but do not bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the pasta, meatballs, spinach and sauce to a baking dish. Gently mix to combine.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top.
Bake for 25 minutes until golden.
