Remove Silver Fern Farms Pure Meatballs from the freezer, cook in an air fryer, or stovetop following directions on the packet.
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling salted water following the packet directions, until al dente. Drain, reserving some of the cooking liquid for thinning down the sauce.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook for 3 - 4 mins until softened. Add the tomato pasta sauce and bring to the boil. Simmer for 3 - 4 mins.
Stir the drained pasta into the sauce, adding a little of the pasta cooking liquid if required, until the sauce coats the pasta. Stir in the meatballs.
Sprinkle with parmesan and scatter over basil leaves to serve.
