Middle Eastern Venison Short Rib Burgers

Ingredients

1 pack Silver Fern Farms PURE 97% Venison & Beef Burgers with Venison Short Rib
8 carrots, peeled, cut into sticks
4 Tbsp runny honey
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 radicchio, thinly cut
6 sesame brioche burger buns

HARISSA YOGHURT SAUCE

6 Tbsp Greek yoghurt
2 Tbsp harissa paste
2 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp lemon juice

Middle Eastern Venison Short Rib Burgers

Method

Preheat oven to 200˚C.

In a bowl, toss carrot sticks with honey and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Roast for 20 mins until cooked through.

Meanwhile, mix the harissa yoghurt sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

Preheat a skillet pan on high heat.

Remove Silver Fern Farms PURE 97% Venison & Beef Burgers with Venison Short Rib from the freezer and packaging. Cook Venison & Beef Burgers from frozen, following instructions on pack.

Spread harissa yoghurt sauce over the base of the burger bun. Top with venison & beef burger, radicchio and the remaining half of the burger bun. Serve the venison & beef burgers with the honey carrot stick fries.
