HARISSA YOGHURT SAUCE

Preheat oven to 200˚C.
In a bowl, toss carrot sticks with honey and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Roast for 20 mins until cooked through.
Meanwhile, mix the harissa yoghurt sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Preheat a skillet pan on high heat.

Spread harissa yoghurt sauce over the base of the burger bun. Top with venison & beef burger, radicchio and the remaining half of the burger bun. Serve the venison & beef burgers with the honey carrot stick fries.
