Ingredients

  • 16 Silver Fern Farms Pure Meatballs
  • 400g jar tomato pasta sauce
  • 4 sub rolls, split (don’t cut all the way through)
  • 150g mozzarella, grated

Method

Remove Silver Fern Farms Pure Meatballs from the freezer, cook in an air fryer, or stovetop following directions on the packet.

Warm the tomato pasta sauce in a saucepan for 3 - 4 mins. Stir in the meatballs.

Preheat the oven grill to high. Place the sub rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Fill each roll with 4 meatballs and some sauce, then top with mozzarella. Grill for 1 - 2 mins until the cheese has melted.
