Ingredients

  • 16 Silver Fern Farms Pure Meatballs

Gochujang Glaze:

  • 2 Tbsp gochujang chilli paste (or use sriracha)
  • 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp caster sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Garnish:

  • 1 spring onion, finely chopped
  • Toasted sesame seeds for sprinkling

Method

Remove Silver Fern Farms Pure Meatballs from the freezer, cook in an air fryer, or stovetop following directions on the packet.

Meanwhile, to prepare the glaze, place gochujang, vinegar, caster sugar, sesame oil and garlic in a small bowl. Stir to combine then set aside.

Once meatballs are cooked, toss the glaze through the meatballs. Garnish with chopped spring onion and sesame seeds.
