Ingredients

  • 1 pack Silver Fern Farms Beef Eye Fillet Steaks
  • 1 Tbsp gochujang
  • ½ cup kimchi
  • 3 cups baby rocket, roughly chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 gold kiwifruit, chopped

Method

To prepare the salad, toss the kimchi, rocket, tomatoes, and kiwifruit together.

Remove the Silver Fern Farms Beef Eye Fillet Steaks from the fridge and packaging and allow to bloom at room temperature for 10 mins.

Coat the beef with gochujang.

Bring a fry-pan to med-high heat and add oil. Cook the beef for 3-4 mins each side. Remove from heat, cover loosely, and allow to rest for 5 mins before slicing across the grain.

Serve beef with the salad.
