Method

Remove Silver Fern Farms PURE 97% Beef Burgers with Brisket from the freezer and packaging. Preheat BBQ or pan to high heat.

Heat oil in a small pan to med-low. Add onions and cook until soft. Add the balsamic vinegar and brown sugar. Stir for approximately 10 mins, until caramelised. Set aside and keep warm.

Reduce BBQ or pan to low-med heat. Add burgers and cook for 8 mins (5 mins if defrosted). Flip and pierce burgers to allow juices to run free. Add cheese slices to the burgers and cook for a further 4-6 mins (3-5 mins if defrosted), until the burgers are fully cooked, and the cheese is melted.

Add bacon to the BBQ or pan and cook for 2-3 mins until crispy.

Spread tomato chutney on the toasted bun bases. Add 2 cheese topped burgers per bun base, two rashers and carmelised onion.

Spread American mustard on the bun tops and place on top of the burgers.

Thread two mini gherkins onto a cocktail stick and use to hold the burger together.

Recommended Burger: Beef with Brisket

We believe the very best burgers should be made with only the very best ingredients so you can create pure deliciousness at home. That's why these burgers contain 97% beef, a sprinkle of salt and pepper to season, and a touch of bovine collagen to keep it tender and juicy. That's it. There's no room for anything else... Just a touch of kindness.
