Remove Silver Fern Farms PURE 97% Beef Burgers with Brisket from the freezer and packaging.
Preheat BBQ or pan to high heat.
Place Dijon mustard, wholegrain mustard, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, all spice, tarragon, turmeric powder, mayonnaise, and salt in a bowl and mix to combine.
Reduce BBQ or pan to low-med heat. Add burgers and cook for 8 mins (5 mins if defrosted). Flip and pierce burgers to allow juices to run free. Cook for a further 4-6 mins (3-5 mins if defrosted), until the burgers are fully cooked.
Spread creamy mustard mayonnaise on toasted pretzel bun bases. Add a piece of lettuce, a slice of cheese, burger, sauerkraut, gherkins, and add top bun.
