Remove Silver Fern Farms PURE 97% Beef Sliders with Brisket from the freezer and packaging.
Place vinegar, lime juice, sugar and sesame oil in a jar and shake to combine. Add star anise and vegetable ribbons, set aside to pickle for 10 mins. Discard star anise before serving.
Preheat BBQ or pan to high heat.
Reduce BBQ or pan to low-med heat. Add sliders and cook for 6 mins (4 mins if defrosted). Flip and pierce sliders to allow juices to run free. Cook for a further 4-6 mins (3-5 mins if defrosted), until sliders are fully cooked.
Spread sriracha mayonnaise on bao buns. Fill buns with herbs, slider, pickled vegetable ribbons, nuts, fried shallots, and serve with lime wedges.
