Lamb Steaks with Yoghurt and Coriander Marinade

Remove Silver Fern Farms Lamb Steaks from the fridge and packaging and allow to bloom at room temperature for 10 mins.
Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl. Coat lamb with the mixture and leave to rest for 15 mins. Wipe excess marinade from the lamb.
Cook the lamb on a hot BBQ or hot plate for 3-4 mins each side for med-rare. transfer to plate, cover loosely with foil and allow to rest for 5 mins.
Slice lamb across the grain and serve over a vegetable couscous. Drizzle with remaining marinade for extra flavour, and garnish with crumbled feta.
