Remove Silver Fern Farms Lamb Rumps from the fridge and packaging and allow to bloom at room temperature for 10 mins
Preheat BBQ or grill to medium heat. Cut lamb into 8 cubes. Season. Thread cubes onto 4 skewers alternately with vegetables. Brush with oil and garlic.
BBQ or grill, turning continuously, for 5-6 mins or until cooked through.
Serve topped with chimichurri or pesto.
Tip: If using bamboo skewers, soak them in water for about 30 mins before threading with the ingredients. This will help prevent the skewers from burning.
