FETA AND TOMATO BAKE
Beef Flat Iron Steaks with Middle Eastern Rub recipe
Remove Silver Fern Farms Beef Flat-Iron Steaks from the fridge and packaging and allow to bloom at room temperature for 10 mins.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Break the feta up into 10 large pieces and place in the bottom of a baking dish. Sprinkle over lemon zest and juice and chilli flakes. Sit marjoram and tomatoes (still on the vine) on top and drizzle oil over. Bake for 15 mins, until the tomatoes are starting to split.
To make the spice mix, grind the spices together in a mortar and pestle or spice grinder. Rub the spice mix over the Beef Flat-Iron Steaks and coat with oil. Season to taste.
Preheat a frypan or BBQ and cook the Beef Flat-Iron Steaks for 3 mins each side. Transfer to a plate, cover, and rest for 5 mins.
