Ingredients

  • 1 pack Silver Fern Farms Honest Beef Burgers with Smoky Caramelised Onion
  • Watercress
  • 2 pears, sliced
  • 4 sesame burger buns
  • 150g goat’s cheese
  • 4 tsp blackberry jam

Method

Remove Silver Fern Farms Honest Beef Burgers with Smoky Caramelised Onion from the fridge and packaging and allow to bloom at room temperature for 10 mins.

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Preheat a barbecue on medium. Brush burgers with olive oil then cook for 4 mins each side. peircing after flipping to allow the juices to run free. Transfer to a plate, cover loosely with foil and rest for 5 mins.

Place watercress, fresh pear and burger on the bun base. Top with 2 slices of goat’s cheese. Use a chef’s torch to slightly burn and melt the goat’s cheese on the burger. This can also be done under the oven grill. Spoon blackberry jam over each burger and top with the remaining half of the burger bun.
