All of our animals are grass-fed and naturally-raised, grazing freely on New Zealand’s nutrient-rich pastures to produce premium quality, delicious protein. Our soils and growing conditions provide animals with a range of grasses, which helps to produce natural marbling and gives our products a fine, delicate texture.
