A week of wild weather for some parts of the country, particularly the Nelson region. We’re thinking of those affected – stay safe and kia kaha.

This week we’ve seen the first intake of our new Livestock Aspiring Leadership Programme coming to the Dunedin Hub. This new programme is part of our wider Leadership Development activity, looking to support the progression of our future business leaders.

As you know, our Livestock Reps are a critical part of our relationship with you, our suppliers, and it’s a great indication of the future of our business that this team is so engaged and keen to embrace these development opportunities.

After another year of uncertainty around gathering restrictions I’m looking forward to joining the team on the road for our annual Supplier Roadshow.  We really value the opportunity to connect with our suppliers face-to-face, and I hope to catch up with plenty of you around the regions over the coming months.
