He brings deep capability in leading market‑led growth across global markets, implementing sales best practice, strengthening enduring customer partnerships, and optimising revenue and margin performance across complex, supply‑constrained value chains.

Prior to joining Silver Fern Farms, Andrew was Chief Customer Officer at Open Country Dairy, New Zealand’s largest independent dairy company, where he led enterprise‑wide sales and market development across global markets.
