Rob Hewett - Co-Chair
Rob became the Chairman of Silver Fern Farms in December 2013. He was elected to the Board in February 2008.
Yanjuan Xu
Ms Yanjuan Xu holds a Masters degree in Accounting and is the Deputy Director of Finance of Shanghai Maling Aquarius Co. Ltd.
Tim Gibson
Tim Gibson joined the board April 2020 and is a current Director on the Boards of Livestock Improvement Corporation (LIC), Miraka Limited, and Port Otago Limited.
Ru He
Ms Ru He holds a Master in Finance and Economics and has a bachelor degree in financial management from Shandong University of Finance and Economics.

Matt Ballard
Matt leads our organisation-wide People and Health and Safety strategies and is responsible for the HR, Industrial Relations, Health and Safety, organisational development and Payroll teams under his leadership.
Kate Beddoe
Prior to joining Silver Fern Farms Kate has held a number of leadership roles including Chief Risk & Sustainability Officer for Vector Ltd for eight years, Vice President Risk & Sustainability for the AMCOR global business and Strategic Risk Manager at Toyota Australia.
Gary Williams
Gary leads a team of specialists responsible for food safety and quality, technical compliance, market access, policy and regulation, quality systems and environmental management.
Vicki McColl
Vicki leads the group’s finance and accounting, treasury, customer service and IT functions.
