Silver Fern Farms Limited ist eine 50:50-Partnerschaft zwischen der Silver Fern Farms Co-operative und Shanghai Bright Meat Industry Group (BMG).

Unsere Governance-Richtlinien werden regelmäßig überprüft, um sicherzustellen, dass sie mit den besten Praktiken übereinstimmen und unsere Zukunft als ein weltweit führendes Lebensmittelunternehmen gewährleisten.

Unser Vorstand

Unsere Vorstandsmitglieder sind für die Unternehmensführung und die strategische Ausrichtung unseres Unternehmens verantwortlich. Der Vorstand setzt sich aus 5 Direktoren der Silver Fern Farms Co-operative und 5 Direktoren von Shanghai Bright Meat Industry Group (BMG) zusammen, von denen zwei in Neuseeland ansässig sind.

    Anna Nelson - Co-Chair
    Anna runs a 1450ha breeding and finishing block in Aria with husband Blair (Munta), and in-laws Jon and Kaye.
  • Junlong Li - Co-Chair
    Mr Jian Wu is the Co-Chair of Silver Fern Farms Limited. His previous roles include the Deputy General Manager at Guan Sheng Yuan (Group) Co. Ltd and the Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Guan Sheng Yuan Food Ltd.
  • Adrian Ball
    Alongside his wife Pauline, Tirau farmer Adrian runs Dennley Farms, a 196ha fully integrated dairy and dairy beef finishing farm supplying finished cattle to Silver Fern Farms.
  • Rodney Booth
    Rodney is joint owner and Managing Director of Dunfield Farming Limited, a 400ha finishing property at Hororata, Canterbury. He was responsible for the development and transformation of the property from dryland to fully irrigated several years ago.
  • Cassandra Crowley
    Cassandra is a charted accountant (Fellow), barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and a member of the Institute of Directors. 
  • Tim Gibson
    Tim Gibson joined the board April 2020 and is a current Director on the Boards of Livestock Improvement Corporation (LIC), Miraka Limited, and Port Otago Limited.
  • Ru He
    Ms Ru He holds a Master in Finance and Economics and has a bachelor degree in financial management from Shandong University of Finance and Economics.
  • Simon O’Connor
    Simon joined the Silver Fern Farms Board in January 2023 and is a passionate supporter of the immense value that the agriculture sector brings to New Zealand.
  • Sam Robinson
    Mr Sam Robinson is a hill country farmer from Central Hawke’s Bay. Sam brings strong governance experience in New Zealand agribusiness and extensive red meat industry expertise to Silver Fern Farms.
  • Yanjuan Xu
    Ms Yanjuan Xu holds a Masters degree in Accounting and is the Deputy Director of Finance of Shanghai Maling Aquarius Co. Ltd.

Unser Exekutivausschuss

Die Aufgabe unseres Exekutivausschusses besteht darin, die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien und Geschäftsplänen zu überwachen. Unser Exekutivkomitee besteht aus einer talentierten und dynamischen Gruppe von Personen, die eine Fülle von sich gegenseitig ergänzenden Erfahrungen in ihre Rollen einbringen und über fundierte Kenntnisse in ihren Spezialgebieten verfügen, um das Unternehmen weiter voranzubringen.
