Chief Transformation Officer

Matt leads the transformation and technology team with responsibility for driving business, technology and digital transformation initiatives including the ourPlatforms programme of investment which is renewing our technology ecosystem.

Matt initially joined Silver Fern Farms in 2017 and was our Chief People Officer until early 2023.  Previously he worked internationally and across New Zealand in the resources, transport, logistics and energy sectors.
