Remove Silver Fern Farms Honest Beef & Lamb Burgers from the fridge and packaging and allow to bloom at room temperature for 10 mins.
Bring fry pan to med-high heat, cook burgers for 3-4 mins each side, piercing after flipping.
Meanwhile, heat the balsamic vinegar and brown sugar in a small pot until it reduces to a syrup.
Remove from heat before it gets too thick.
Halve the buns and toast them until golden.
Place a bun on each plate. Sit a burger on the base of each.
Cover the burger with mozzarella and tomato and drizzle with balsamic glaze and a few basil leaves.
Spread the inside of the top with aioli and some rocket leaves.
