Remove Silver Fern Farms Honest Beef & Venison Burgers with Rātā Honey from the fridge and packaging and allow to bloom at room temperature for 10 mins.
Preheat oven to 200oC.
Allow pastry to defrost, then cut sheets in half. Add tomato chutney, burger, cheese, tomato and pickle to the pasty. Stretch the pastry over the burger and press down the sides to prevent leakage while cooking.
Mix egg and milk together and brush pastry with it.
Cook burger pies for 30 mins.
Remove from oven and rest for 5 mins before serving.
